As part of the checkout process you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your purchase. Your total shipping charges as well as applicable taxes will be automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Depending on the delivery location (shipping address) you may have an option(s) of upgrading your shipping method to expedited Shipping option. Your order must be received and payment authorization completed by 2 pm EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

  • Orders will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) only, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Orders shipping to an APO or FPO military address may only be shipped via the US postal service and cannot be expedited or tracked. Please note these orders may take up to 15 days for delivery.
  • Except Mexico and Canada, we do not ship to any other international destinations at this time. We do not ship to US Territories.
  • Orders may be delayed pending verification of your credit card or payment method.
  • Orders shipped via Express Shipping require a street address.
  • Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped via Express Shipping method. Please choose Express Shipping as your ship method at checkout.
  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order after you’ve submitted your order you can do so within 30 minutes by calling our Customer Care Team at 310-692-1235.
